Cooking Instructions
Pork Tenderloin
•Defrost tenderloin in the refrigerator prior to heating.
Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Remove the tenderloins from plastic pouch. Place tenderloins on a baking pan and brush with sauce from pouch. Cover pan tightly with foil. Place pan on the middle shelf in oven. Bake the tenderloins for 15 minutes. Remove baking pan and brush tenderloins again with sauce left in pouch. Continue cooking the tenderloins for 15 minutes tightly covered or until tenderloins are thoroughly hot and at least 150 F.
Grilling Instructions:
Pre-heat grill to medium-hot (350˚ to 400˚) Brush the tenderloins with sauce from pouch and place on grill directly over the coals or gas flames. Close cover and grill for 6 minutes. Turn tenderloins over and brush again with sauce from pouch. Close cover and grill tenderloins for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the tenderloins are 150˚ F.
