Catfish

Cook from Frozen

This is an oven ready product that needs to be cooked thoroughly.

Conventional Oven Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400˚  F. Place portions on foil lined baking sheet in center of the oven.  Bake 20-25 minutes, turn portions halfway through baking time. Let Stand 1 minute.

Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat Air Fryer to 400˚ F for 3-5 minutes. Lightly Spray or brush Catfish with oil to enhance crispiness. Season if desired.  Place Catfish in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.  Air fry for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.  Check for crispiness; add 1-2 minutes if needed. Serve and enjoy. Note: Cooking time varies based on fillet thickness and air fryer model.

 

Deep Fry: Preheat Oil to 360 degrees F. Place 2-4 portions in fryer. Deep fry 6-8 Minutes. Drain on paper towel. Always cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
