How Do I Order?

You simply start with one of our packages listed and add it to your cart. Once the item has been added, you may choose Select Add Ons to customize the package to your liking.

Are any of your products Sugar Free or Gluten Free?

Our Original BBQ sauce is Gluten Free, though it is not produced in a Gluten Free facility. Our Apple BBQ sauce is not Gluten Free. None of our products are Sugar Free.

Can I ship overseas?

We do not offer shipment overseas due to Customs laws and shipping time.

Can I ship to a Post Office box or APO address?

We cannot ship to PO or APO addresses.

Do you have any Weight Watchers conversion info?

At this time, we do not.

How do I reheat what was just delivered?

The easiest way to reheat our meat products is in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Beans may be reheated in a sauce pan on the stove or in the microwave in a microwave safe dish.

How Do I Track My Package?

You will receive an email the day that your package ships with the tracking number and a link to FedEx.com.

How long can I keep a bottle of sauce once it has been opened?

Sauce should be consumed within one(1) year from the date it was opened, or you may refer to the USE BY date of the bottle.

How long can I keep it in the refrigerator? Freezer?

Our product will last for 2 weeks unopened in the refrigerator or up to 9 months in the freezer.

How long can the food stay in the box once I receive it?

Once the package is received, you will want to put it in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

If your order is placed before 12pm CST Monday-Wednesday, it will ship that day for 2nd day FedEx delivery. If orders are placed after 12pm, they will ship out the next possible shipping day (2 day shipments placed after 12pm CST Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday). Orders placed on Thursday or Friday by 12pm CST for shipment that day must be sent overnight for an additional charge.

How long will the leftovers stay good in the refrigerator?

Products should be consumed within 3 days.

Is There MSG in Any of Your Products?

Our dry seasoning does contain MSG. After extensive testing, we have been unable to find a suitable replacement.

What Do I Do With the Left Over Dry Ice?

Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands, it will burn you! Use oven mitts or a pair of tongs and dispose in an outside garbage can. Dry ice will evaporate. It is very common for packages to arrive with no ice .

What if there isn't any dry ice in the cooler?

All shipments are sent in Styrofoam insulated coolers with dry ice. It is quite common to have no dry ice remaining in the insulated cooler when your meats arrive. If this is the case you need not be concerned.

As long as the product feels cool to the touch, the quality has not diminished. You may refreeze the product for up to 1 year if the product remains in the original Cryovac packaging. Or refrigerate the product for serving within 7 days.

Why Can't I Order Just What I Want?

We have created packages that include our most popular items as well as FedEx shipping, handling and packaging charges at a reduced rate. We apologize, but we do not offer a "Create Your Own" package option at this time.

What information do I need to give Corkys to set up an account?

*Please note you do not need a user account to place an order.
To setup an account you will need to provide us with a valid email address, a username and password, and billing address. When finalizing your order, you will input your shipping address. For your convenience, you can actually store multiple shipping addresses in your account so you can ship to them at a later date.

Can I store my shipping and billing addresses so I do not have to input it every time I order?

Of course! That is one of the many great features of our new system. When you sign up we require your billing address because it is attached to your form of payment. If your billing address changes you can easily change it. You will still be required to input your credit card information every time you order for security purposes.

I lost my password! How do I get it back?

No problem! Go to the My Account page and click (Lost Password?) next to the password field. Then enter in your email address and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. It really is that easy!

Where do I input my shipping address?

When shopping you will be asked to input your shipping address before you finalize your order. If you already have an account, you will be able to select previous shipping addresses you have used or add new ones.

I accidentally put something in my shopping cart that I did not mean to! How do I take it out?

The new Corky's shopping cart uses icons for some features. To remove an item, click the minus button next to the item you would like to remove from your cart.
