Cooking Instructions

Smoked Sausage

For Best Results:

 Thaw sausages in the refrigerator before heating.

 

Grilling Instructions:

Place sausages on a hot grill at 350-400˚ F. Turn sausages every 3 minutes until the skin starts to split. Pull off the grill, slice and serve.

Pan Fry:

Place sausages in a frying pan or skillet. Heat sausages over medium heat for 6-9 minutes turning the sausages frequently until the sausages are hot..

Conventional Oven Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350˚  F. Spray baking pan with non-stick pan coating. Empty sausages onto baking pan. Place pan on center shelf in oven. Do not cover pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip sausages over. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the sausages are hot
