Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
On the stove top, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Turn off the heat and place gumbo bag into the hot water. Let the bag sit in the hot water for 20 minutes or until hot.
Carefully remove the bag from the water. Cut open bag and pour into bowl. Internal temperature should be 165°F Caution: It will be hot!
