These bundles are a great make-ahead dish for a large dinner party or for a Thanksgiving meal. You can prepare one to two bundles per guest, assemble the whole thing the day before (or freeze a few weeks ahead), and pop it into the oven just before dinnertime. The green bean bundles can also be grilled over medium heat. Place on the grill and watch carefully, as bacon grease can cause flare-ups, or wrap in foil. They’re ready when the bacon is done. Note that you will need toothpicks for this recipe.
