BLUE CHEESE AND BACON SLAW
Salty bacon pairs beautifully with creamy blue cheese for a unique slaw that is delicious with steaks or on a grilled burger.
- 1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a large bowl combine the coleslaw mix, bacon, and blue cheese. Add ranch dressing and pepper and toss well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but not more than an hour. Toss again before serving.
