Combating the spread of COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees and customers are always at the forefront of everything we do. 

We have heightened our awareness as well as put new procedures in place. As the corona virus (COVID-19) has reached Memphis, we are taking extra steps and precautions to ensure we provide a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees as well as our valued customers. 

ALL employees must notify their direct managers if they experience any of the following symptoms and MUST NOT REPORT TO WORK

  • Dry Cough
  • Fever
  • Shortness of breath
The preventive steps we have taken and implemented are as follows:

Restaurants:

  • Hired a health and food safety consultant to evaluate and advise on new elevated procedures
  • More frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds
  • Every 2 hours, beginning prior to opening through end of closing each day, our staff will:
    • Wipe down & disinfect high traffic area/surfaces
    • Perform Hourly checks on dish washing equipment to ensure chemicals at or above required levels to kill bacteria 

USDA Food Manufacturing Company:

  • We continue to operate within all guidelines of USDA inspection and food handling safety
  • We are SQF2 certified

Frozen Food Fulfillment:

  • Hourly disinfecting all door knobs and handles
  • Establishing social distancing on packing lines 
  • Gloves at every position handling all components 
  • Temperature monitoring for all frozen products
