Ship our World Famous BBQ via FedEx All orders to be shipped the same day M-F must be placed in full by 2PM CST Customers: All food is shipped fully cooked & frozen, vacuum sealed & packed in dry ice. All frozen items are PERISHABLE. Please put them into a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. We have a release number with FedEx so all packages are left regardless if someone is home or not. Please alert the recipient that a perishable package is being shipped to them. Corky's is not responsible for spoiled packages when a customer is not notified. Please confirm that the recipient will be in town before you place an order. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that all orders are received in good condition.
