All perishable items are fully cooked & vacuum sealed & frozen, packed in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. They need to be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. Shipping Closes at 2pm CST Mon-Friday. All orders placed after 2pm CST Mon-Friday will be shipped the next available day.
